White Cross

White Cross is part of the EFCA TouchGlobal ministries that engages churches around the world, connecting them with resources and opportunites to serve those in need.  Lives are being chaged the by the love of Christ every day. 

The Alliance White Cross meets the first Tuesday of every month to work on various projects.  They sew surgical lap sheets, waterproof draw sheets, roll bandages and make baby layette sets for the Tandala Hospital in Africa.  A local motel provides sheets that are "converted" to bandages.  Other sale fabric is transformed into other items.  Full boxes are shipped to Rockford, IL where they are prepared for shipment to Africa.
